- The 2022 season starts on August 1st. All players will try out and receive an evaluation after completing three practices. The Varsity and JV teams will have cuts after the third practice.
- Players are strongly encouraged to attend conditioning sessions in June and July. Conditioning sessions will be M-Th from 9am-11am. Wear athletic attire, bring water, cleats and sneakers.

- Take your family vacations in June and July.
- Training camp is when we acclimate to the heat, get our team in shape, put in our offensive, defensive schemes, and install our special teams.
- Attendance is paramount and the cornerstone to our program's success

- All players weight room Mon/Tue/Thur 7:30am - 8:15am and/or 3:15pm - 4:15pm
- O-Line
- Weight room Saturdays 10am - 11am
- Field work Saturdays 11am - 11:30am
- 7 v 7
- Workouts Saturdays 10am-12am
- Tournaments TBA
- Workouts Saturdays 10am-12am
June and July
- After school ends for the summer, all players workout Monday - Thursday 9am - 11am

All off-season workouts are optional per APS guidelines.

Football players are encouraged to participate in other sports.

Weight training is made available in the mornings and afternoons on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Morning times are from 7:30-8:10 and after school times are 3:15-4:15

We can’t compete if we don’t get stronger. Meaning lifting is STRONGLY encouraged.

Percentages of strength gains will be different based on individuals consistency, form, nutrition, body type, genetics etc.

Strength tests will occur every 5 weeks. Results are documented.
