Girls Lacrosse tryouts will take place starting Monday, February 18th at 1:30 PM at Washington-Lee High School. The first 30 minutes will cover getting equipment and paperwork taken care of - then the tryouts will be on the turf from 2-5 PM. Assuming the weather cooperates, the tryout schedule is below:

Monday 2/18 - 1:30-5 PM, WL Turf

Tuesday 2/19 - 5-7 PM, WL Turf

Wednesday 2/20 - 6-8 PM, WL Turf

Thursday 2/21 - 5-7 PM WL Turf

Depending how the week goes we may extend the tryout period to Friday and/or Saturday morning if needed. The plan assuming we are on the turf outside all week is to make cuts on Thursday. I will be sure to communicate with girls/parents if the coaches determine they need more time.

Please email Coach Burke at burkel@me.com for the Tryout Criteria Information sheet and Tryout Evaluation Form. Please type to fill out (top lines only) and print out one copy the tryout evaluation form and bring on the first day of tryouts! You will be assigned a number at tryouts that you need to BRING WITH YOU each day.

The requested equipment for tryouts is the following:

• Lacrosse Equipment - Stick, Goggles, Pinnie preferable of dark/white colors (available to borrow if needed)
• Mouth guard 
• Cleats AND Tennis Shoes
• Water

Please be prepared each day at school in the event of snow/rain to be ready to try out inside RIGHT AFTER SCHOOL if needed (you will need tennis shoes to participate inside).
