Coach Neal Hicks begins his Head Coaching campagin with the Generals after recenrly moving back to the area. He's a four-time monogram recipient that played in 61 career games for the Notre Dame Fighing Irish. Hicks capped off his senior year by serving as team captain. He started every game and dominated nine of them with three or more points. He marched the Irish all the way to the NCAA Men's lacrosse Championship against Cornell capping off a extremly sucessful playing career. 

Neal currently resides in Arligton, VA with his wife-to-be.
