June 3, 4, 5, 6          or to the first practice. Middle school forms ok. High School forms on wlathletics.org.     

June 10, 12, 13        Don't forget the permission to play form that parents and students must sign.

5-6:30 pm                 Bring shin guards and a mouth guard and water bottle. Some goggles and plenty of sticks                                   available.
