Our next meet is Tuesday, Jan. 25. Bus situation will be discussed at practice. Entries will be limited -- the goal is to complete the meet in 2.5 hours. But if you have been coming to practice every day we will get you in. There will be no relays. We will have details on buses soon.

Saluting our seniors!  We will salute our fabulous senior class at practice on Friday, Jan. 28, at 4:30 pm. It will take place at the track -- Parents invited and encouraged to join us!

Last regular season meet: Saturday, Jan. 29 at Marshall. Schedule tbd.

Districts are Feb. 3 and 5: The first day is at Wakefield, day 2 is at W-L!

Regionals are Feb. 9 and 12: At Chantilly.

States are Feb. 25 and 26: At Virginia Beach.

Spring track starts in a month! You can sign up here. Regular season meets will take place every Wednesday evening from late March to early May. We also hope to have a few Saturday invitationals. Districts and regionals will take place in May, States the first weekend in June.

I know it's been a bumpy winter season, and I applaud the determination shown by so many kids working hard every day. Everyone can still do great things.
