Practice for the upcoming season will start Monday, November 8 and will be held in the Gymnastics gym on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7-9 pm.  All levels are welcome!

Please see the APS requirements for mandates, vaccines, and testing.  Be sure to have all your physical paperwork approved by the trainer before coming to practice.  Instructions and forms can be found at
