Practice is held Monday-Friday from 3:30-5:00 PM. Some practices might be longer depending on the workout. Runners should not depend on the 4:45 PM late bus to take them home everyday.

Please dress appropriately for the weather; wearing layers will help you prevent injuries.

There will be a meeting for all athletes interested in Outdoor Track on Wednesday, February 25 in room 4018. This meeting will be held at 3:30 pm. All are welcome!!!!!
