Off-Season Schedule
All returning players need to record their max lifts after school. The weight room is open on Monday's, Tuesday's and Thursdays from 3:15-4:15. Players must have their lifts completed and documented by 12/3. If a player has a conflict with getting their lifts in they should speak directly to Coach Shapiro. He can be reached in the Boy's PE office, gymnasium, or e-mail: josh.shapiro@apsva.us
All players should have signed up for an end of season meeting with Coaches Weaver, Ludwick, and Shapiro. If you have not yet signed up you may do so by accessing the Google Doc through your Remind app. Again, if you are experiencing difficulty signing up for a meeting contact josh.shapiro@apsva.us or Adam.moir@apsva.us.
