We are in the stadium today check in at 3:20, we are sharing space with crew so make sure to follow proper social distancing when in line ot enter the stadium.

Workout today at 3:30 check in starts at 3:20. We are in the Stadium this time. Coach Smith and Collins will be running practice. PLEASE REMEMBER YOUR EMERGENCY CARD IF YOU DIDI NOT RUN ONE IN LAST TIME!

Make sure to bring emergency Card ( found under files tab) a mask and 32 oz bottle of water. Not 12 oz or 16 oz but 32 oz or more of water. Please do not come if you are feeling any fever cough or other COVID like symptoms.
