PAUSE IS LIFTED!!!

We will practice in person starting today, however we are going to have a cautious start. Practice will be over between 4:45-5pm, I normally like to be specific but with the way we will run practice today I am not sure what the transition time will be. We will be in two groups, one in the hall running and one in the room doing body weight/weighted workout for 30 min then we will switch. Masks will be worn the entire time. This will be done today adn tomorrow. Friday testing will start again and assuming everyone on the team tests negative we will start wrestling again. Practice will be normal time and 9-11am on Saturday. If you have any questions let me know.

Hello,

I have created a quiz, must be completed by Friday. Practice virtually at 4pm Mon-Fri until our pause is lifted. Keep getting sponsors please for fundraiser and calendar has been updated and posted on canvas (bottom of home page) and on WL team site both JV and Varsity. Virtual practice is mandatory anyone who misses more than 3 practices without notifying a coach as to why will be kicked off team.

Annadale schedule for Saturday

First Day of Practice

After year off I am happy to say that practice starts November 8th from 3:30-5:30 in order to participate you must be vaccinated (or excluded through APS process), Physical form filled out and online registration completed. Meet in wrestling room!!!! Also must be tested every day in order ot practice, register here for daily testing
